Sawyers Landing is an adaptive reuse project that reuses an old saw mill in Post Falls, Idaho. The project reimagines the mill as a community service hub while redeveloping the site into a low-rise housing development while fitting into the suburban environment of Post Falls. The plan connects to the existing bike infrastructure and restores the street grid, all lined with mixed-use development.
