Element is a Class A commercial office tower located in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood. The project explores how high-rise commercial development can align with Living Building Challenge performance criteria through an emphasis on daylight access, natural ventilation, and occupant well-being. Program is organized to support a dense urban office environment, with commercial workspace above underground parking and a publicly accessible rooftop restaurant that extends the building’s civic presence beyond the ground plane.
